Elizabeth Sadowska - Argentine Tango
All advanced level tango classes are taught by Elizabeth Sadowska, the founder of Rhythm & Motion studio. Elizabeth is a full-time, professional dance instructor with over 20 years of experience. She has formal training in many forms of dance. Her extensive training and experience have given her a thorough understanding of body movement and form as it relates to dance. This adds a rich dimension and makes her classes unique in Toronto. She focuses on proper technique, strong fundamentals and improvisation.
Elizabeth has traveled to Argentina several times to train and immerse herself in the dance, music and culture of tango. In addition, she has traveled to cities in both Canada and the United States to keep her knowledge and skills up to date in the ever evolving tango. She also traveled to the US to teach workshops with Alex Krebs.
Elizabeth is fanatic about tango and shares her enthusiasm and deep passion for tango with her students.

Robert Horvatek
Rob started to explore his love for dance in 2003, and after 2 years of trying different social dances he discovered Argentine Tango and has never looked back. His passion to continue learning and discovering the dance has taken him all the way to the roots of where it all started, Buenos Aires, as well as many other venues across North America.
He strongly believes that understanding the fundamentals opens up many possibilities to truly experience the beauty of Tango.
Tammy
Tammy came to find Zumba myself out of being bored at the gym. She was tired of the treadmill, the eliptical had lost its touch and frankly lost all motivation to go the gym! Tammy was committed to fitness but no longer committed to the machines!
"Zumba to me is passion and inspiration! I am certified in Zumba and Aqua Zumba. Whether on land or in water, dance and movement are my expression to supporting others reach their fitness goals!"
In 2010, Tammy completely flipped her career from sitting behind a desk to writing a book, creating a TV show, workshops, websites for a company sher co-founded called Up2BIGstuff and took on dancing like no one is watching and inspiring others to do the same!!
Tammy brings ease, fun, and fitness to every class!
Our group classes consist of 6-week sessions. One hour of lesson and two hours of practice per week, for 6 weeks. Except Zumba which is ongoing and not progressive.
All other courses are progressive; therefore it is ideal to start at the beginning of the session.
